The Lady Wolves got off the bus in Pyramid Lake and picked up where they left off in the fourth quarter the night before, with intense full court pressure defense. The Lady Wolves beat the Pyramid Lake Lady Lakers 51-10. They scored the first basket against the Lady Lakers and never looked back.
Defense was the ticket in the first quarter as the Lady Wolves offense was
getting in-rhythm. The Lady Wolves put up a score of 8-1 going into the second quarter.
Continuing with the strong defense, the Lady Wolves added some offensive power in the second quarter and posted a half time score of 22-3.
The offense continued to heat up in the third quarter as the Lady Wolves put up 20 points and a 42-7 score going into the final stanza.
In the final quarter, the girls tried to hold the ball and use some clock against the relentless Lady Lakers and the game ended 51-10.

In the late-game, the Coleville Wolves picked up another league win, beating the Pyramid Lakers, 54-35. The Wolves came out in the first quarter hitting 6 field goals and a 3-point shot against the Lakers to take a 15-8 lead.
In the second quarter, the Wolves' tempo cooled a bit and the Wolves went into intermission with a score of 23-20.
With rebounding the focus in the second half, the Wolves limited the Lakers second chance opportunities. Harnessing the Lakers offense, the Wolves were able to keep the Lakers to 15 total points in the second half.
The Wolves put up 31 second half points of their own on their way to a 54-35 victory at the end of regulation.
